With the integrated relaxation exercises and the optional support program, long-term and sustainable positive results can be achieved.
The moove Stress Balance App in conjunction with the finger clip is an innovation in the field of preventative health . Visualise how high your personal stress level and your ability to cope with stress are and work successfully towards their improvement.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME?
• Measure your current stress value anywhere at any time and follow its changes – either in table form or through graphical analyses.
• Assess your measured value using our specifically developed assessment corridors created based on empirical studies
• A 5-step mood scale also helps you to determine your subjective feelings of stress and gives you the possibility to reconcile this with your objectively measured values over a longer period
• Carry out relaxing breathing exercises using breathing frequencies based on scientific knowledge for noticeably improved wellbeing

HOW DOES THE HRV MEASUREMENT WORK?
You benefit from the mobile option of measuring your stress level at any time anywhere with your iPhone. You just need the small and handy finger clip and a quiet moment of your time. Find a suitable place, sit down calmly and relaxed, put on the finger clip and follow the app’s one-minute breathing instructions – and that’s it! Now read your heart rate and the calculated heart rate variability and save them if you wish.

HRV (HEART RATE VARIABILITY) – WHAT IS IT?
Your heart rate variability – or HRV for short – is the heart’s ability to change the time interval from heartbeat to heartbeat continuously depending on stress in order to adapt quickly to changing requirements and it is used in science mainly in medicine and in stress analysis. With the HRV, the organism’s level of relaxation and ability to recover can be depicted. The higher your HRV, the more relaxed you are.

WHAT EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED?
Apart from your iPhone and the moove Stress Balance App, you need the so-called heart frequency finger clip with its corresponding receiver, which you connect to the headphones output, to carry out the measurement. The receiver is responsible for sending and receiving the measurement signal to and from the finger clip. The finger clip and receiver are also connected via cable.

WHERE AND HOW DO I GET THE FINGER CLIP?
You can get the finger clip with receiver from your company as part of the corporate health management measure.
